| In recent years,with the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization and the aggregation of population to cities,the construction of urban rail transit has ushered in a period of rapid development.Among them,the demand and requirements for skilled employees in the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,as a core industry,are also increasing year by year.However,due to the long-term and slow process of training professional and skilled employees,coupled with the relative scarcity of supporting educational resources,there has been a general shortage of technical staff in the industry in recent years.How to make a limited number of technical staff improve efficiency and work ability and create greater value is the focus and difficulty of human resources work in rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises.More and more managers begin to realize that improving the human resource efficiency of technical employees is the key to enterprise development,and the key to improving human resource efficiency lies in the implementation of effective performance management.How to apply advanced concepts and specific operation methods to the daily performance management of technical staff is also the challenge and urgent problem to be solved in the development of human resources work of Juncheng rail company.Firstly,this paper studies the relevant theories of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on performance management,and focuses on the relating concepts of performance management and technical staff performance management,as well as the processes and tools of performance management.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of employee performance management,and the reasons for the problems existing in employee performance management.Thirdly,it designs the optimization principles of the company’s performance management,that is,the principle of strategic orientation,the principle of employee participation and the principle of multi-dimensional evaluation,and comprehensively upgrades and optimizes the performance management of technical employees from five aspects: the institutional setting of performance management,the selection of performance evaluation indicators,the formulation of performance plan,performance communication and feedback,and the application of performance results.Finally,combined with the actual operation of the company,this paper puts forward corresponding measures from four aspects: strategic guarantee,concept guarantee,incentive guarantee and information guarantee to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance optimization strategy of Juncheng track technical staff.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide reference for the optimization of technical staff performance management,the improvement of human resource management and the improvement of enterprise competitiveness of Juncheng rail company!... |
