In recent years,with the constant improvement of the social economic level,the financial industry get rapid development in our country,especially the growing emergence of various types of private and foreign Banks,the banking competition is increasingly fierce.The competition between the Banks from the original product channel gradually entered the competition of soft power such as human resources and services.How to give full play to the subjective initiative of bank employees,creating the maximum value with the minimum cost has always been the problem faced by the bank.As the core pillar of China's banking industry,state-owned commercial Banks have always been valued.To some extent,whether the system of bank performance appraisal is scientific,whether it conforms to the development trend of Banks,directly affects the enthusiasm of bank employees,thus restricting the further development and transformation of Banks.Therefore,it is suggested that a set of scientific and reasonable performance system is an effective way and means to improve employees'enthusiasm,strengthen bank management,and improve their comprehensive competitiveness in the financial industry.And based on this background,this paper proposed by industrial and commercial bank of W branch as the breakthrough point,W area as the main birthplace of China's private economy,private business owners run from 2010 triggered by the financial crisis brought all banking financial institutions in W blow and bad burden.The ensuing financial reforms in the W region and the changes in the institutions of the big Banks have been a way out of the crisis.Icbc W is the oldest financial institution in W region.Also inevitable in the financial crisis has exposed many problems and deficiencies,one of the most main brain drain,low morale,coherence,various policy execution at a discount,such problems as insufficient staff subjective initiative,and these problems is the root cause of the performance system's lag behind with the actual situation at present stage derailment.Therefore,the W branch is also exploring a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system to promote its own transformation and development.Based on the whole and other Banks at home and abroad about performance evaluation of related solutions,based on the existing problems,such as,first of all,make full use of the relevant theories of performance management knowledge,the concept of performance evaluation,scheme is expounded,secondly analyzed the current situation,problems of W branch,again to W branch performance evaluation analysis of the current situation and problems,find out the specific reason,finally aimed at problems W performance appraisal to optimize design and puts forward concrete performance appraisal plan as well as the problems in the implementation,and proposed the corresponding performance evaluation on the implementation of security system to ensure the smooth implementation of new performance system can provide.Research conclusion of this paper is based on and W branch of icbc,but related Suggestions can provide practical reference for other commercial Banks,and also on bank performance appraisal system reform has the certain enlightenment and reference.
