Research On The Performance Appraisal Of The DZ Branch Of ICBC

State-owned commercial banks keep their dominant position with their advantages in the fierce competition.But compared with the foreign banks and the joint-stock commercial banks,state-owned commercial banks' human resources management,especially the employee evaluation system cannot spire the enthusiasm and excelling potentials of the staffs.So,to improve and perfect the employee evaluation system is necessary to those State-owned commercial banks.Aiming sub-branch DZ of industrial and commercial bank,the paper analyses the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in performance appraisal.Using the theory of performance management system and the successful performance management practice of domestic and foreign commercial banks,through analyzing the present situation of performance appraisal of sub-branch DZ,the paper analyzes and finds that there are some problems such as unclear subject of performance appraisal,lack of scientific index,lack of diversity of appraisal form,narrow feedback channel and lack of complaint link.On the basis of this,the paper draws on the successful experiences and advanced practices of domestic and foreign businesses,and puts forward some suggestions and suggestiongs for the improvement of the organization and management,the improvement of the performance evaluation index,the improvement of the performance evaluation method,the improvement of the feedback and application of the performance evaluation results.These research results are of great practical value to improve the performance management level of sub-branch DZ and the fairness of appraisal,to mobilize the staff to work enthusiasm,to promote the improvement of staff performance and organizational performance.It also has some reference meaning to the performance appraisal of other enterprises.
