Under the current society and different industries,Human Resource is most valuable,bank industry is as well.In the current banking management,HR Management stands the most important statue.In the HR management of commercial banks,the key is performance assessment.It is ripe to work in EN & US.Because China spends less time to do performance assessments for commercial banks,China needs more time to improve it in many factors.So the subject is the one that is the point in academic research field.As for the commercial banks,the world of performance assessments directly influence the situation of different tasks,even,it's about the clients profits as well.In the process of the subject research,the writer summarized and analyzed it,according to the theories of performance assessments,pointing to situation of performance assessments in the bank,Xi'an L sub branch of ICBC,making the existing issues,and design a new assessment system.Bank is the knowledge-intensive industry,which extremely counts on the staff in the process.Now,clients are the core of all works in banks,their needs conduct the development of banks.The goal of banking innovation in different factors is to gain more interests,making clients get more services and products.So we should be more strict with the system of performance assessments.Bank companies should be devoted to making better relationships of clients and the staff,decrease the affects of wrong factors,and make the sustainable development.Hunting for most value is the final goal of every commercial bank in China.With the revolution of financial industries,marketization is growing up fast and competitive.So bank companies shall improve the mode of management faster and make the profits of shareholders maximized.In the research,the writer chose Xi'an L sub branch of ICBC as the exmple,researched the situation of performance assessments,with the balanced scorecard theory to determine its performance evaluation indicators,and set the relative weight,to make the system perfect,to make more valuable documents for L sub branch.The first two chapters of this thesis mainly expounds the background and practicalsignificance,research ideas and methods,as well as the current domestic and international commercial banks performance appraisal and balanced scorecard related theory research status;In the third,fourth,fifth chapter,focuses on the analysis of the L sub branch of the business situation,find out the problems and shortcomings of performance appraisal system,and then combined with the balanced scorecard,with the Balanced Scorecard to re-develop the L sub-line performance evaluation indicators,and through the investigation,using the calculation method of using science to determine the evaluation index weight distribution,to improve the Finance,customer,learning and internal process,and put forward the safeguard measures and countermeasures;Finally,in the sixth chapter,the results of this research are summarized and predicted.All in all,this research relied on the theory of performance appraisal of commercial banks,based on the perspective of balanced scorecard,optimized L sub branch performance appraisal system to make its performance evaluation accord with its development ideas,can effectively promote to achieve its strategic goal,which has a certain reference value for t state-owned commercial banks to enhance the level of performance appraisal in future.
