An Analysis On The Application Of Energy-saving Management In China Mobile Jiangxi Branch Based On The Value Engineering Theory

In the more than 200 years since the world industrial revolution,human society has been developing unprecedentedly,but economic prosperity is only a superficial phenomenon.Over exploitation of natural resources and environmental pollution is becoming increasingly prominent.China Mobile was founded in the beginning of the new century.In the 17 years of development,it has become the largest number of communications companies in the world.But behind the rapid development,the energy consumption of the company has also increased rapidly,which has increased the cost of business operation.How China Mobile uses value engineering to save energy and reduce emission has become an important research topic.On the basis of introducing the current situation and effect of China Mobile's energy saving,based on the theory of value engineering,this paper made a plan for the energy saving of enterprises through Holzer's three dimensional method,and put forward a set of specific management measures.At first,the necessity of the energy saving of China Mobile enterprise and the new idea of saving energy management are discussed.Secondly,the theory of value engineering and the relationship between the theory and the energy saving work of China Mobile are introduced in detail.Then through Holzer three-dimensional method,this paper puts forward the energy saving development planning method of China Mobile from the perspective of energy saving and emission reduction,and carries out an empirical analysis on specific cases.Finally,based on the theory of value engineering,the corresponding management measures for China Mobile energy saving are put forward from the aspects of organization structure,assessment system,technology management and specific equipment energy saving.Energy saving is a long-term and systematic project with very strong practicality.For Jiangxi mobile,energy saving management measures are worth exploring and researching in order to keep the enterprises healthy and sustainable.
