With the rapid development of China's economy,the hotel catering industry has become increasingly mature and standardized,and it has gradually become a pillar industry in the service industry.However,with the implementation of the Central Eight Provisions,the hotel industry has undergone tremendous shocks.Many hotels have started their transformation and sales have dropped rapidly.The entire hotel industry is facing huge challenges.At the same time,new technologies such as big data have helped hotels open up new sales ideas,expanded new sales channels,and brought new opportunities to the hotel catering industry.In today's fierce market competition,how hotels can innovate their business ideas and maintain their competitive advantages is an urgent issue to be resolved.This paper takes Jiujiang Jinxiu Jiangnan Hotel as the research object,based on combing domestic and foreign literature,conducts in-depth research,analyzes the external environment and industry environment of Jinjiang Jinxiu Jiangnan Hotel by using PEST model and Five Forces Model;find out the current marketing presence of Jinxiu Jiangnan Hotel.Problems;analysis of Jiangxi Hotel Jiangnan market positioning,put forward the hotel marketing strategy optimization recommendations.This paper believes that Jinjiang Jinxiu Jiangnan Hotel is facing the acceleration of Changjiu's integration construction,Jiujiang tourism city's status has become increasingly prominent,“ Internet + hotel ” model to expand sales channels and other development opportunities,but it is also facing the poorer than the old hotel brand influence.Big,new consumer concepts continue to generate and improve,various new topics,new concepts and other challenges are endless,with excellent geographical location,obvious architectural features,and rich environmental connotation of hotels,but there is also a weak marketing channel and debt.Overweight,less cash flow and other issues.For this reason,this article considers that the market orientation of hotel science and the optimization of catering marketing strategy for Jiangxi Hotel should adopt multi-level multi-level marketing,Yucheng“ full fish feast ” catering culture marketing,green culture and cooperative marketing strategies to help the hotel itself improve.Marketing level,improve business performance,and provide reference and guidance for marketing practices of other hotels in the same industry.
