The Research Of Hunan International Logistics Mode Selection Based On Cross-border E-commerce

With the presentation of "The Belt and Road "strategy and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in recent years,Hunan Province's foreign trade ushered in a hitherto unknown opportunities as it is the interior core economic hinterland of China's The Belt and Road strategic.Hunan is making full use of the national channel?the national platform and the international mechanism to strengthen the innovation and expansion of the open system and open field,in order to creates a inland open highlands.The rapid growth of foreign trade under cross-border e-commerce platform has put forward higher requirements for the development of international logistics in Hunan province.How to Choose a suitable international logistics mode for different types of goods to help the import and export goods "first in and first out,excellent in and excellent out" which has become the problem to be solved in the development of cross-border e-commerce in Hunan.This paper aims to build an international logistics mode selection index system and comprehensive evaluation model under cross-border e-commerce environment,provides ideas and methods for Hunan province to choose different international logistics modes for different types of the import and export goods.In this paper,I have summarized the relevant theory of cross-border electricity,international logistics,international logistics model,the relationship between international logistics and cross-border e-commerce and so on,through detailed analysis and comparison of the existing mode of international logistics in China,I have a clear understanding of the advantages and disadvantages about the characte-ristics of the current pattern of international logistics;Then gets the preliminary impact indicators of the choice of international logistics mode of Hunan province for cross-border e-commerce through analysis the historical literature,and then through field research to adjust the relevant indicators,uses causal analysis to screen and optimize the related indicators,finally build the the international logistics mode selection index system which contains five level indicators:logistics cost,logistics time,service quality,product's logistics characteristics,external environmental characteristics and it is further subdivided into 20 level two indexes.then uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of the index,builds the multilevel grey relational analysis comprehensive evaluation model to select the international logistics models.This paper choose the selection of international logistics models about one inter-national logistics park as a case,this case aims to choose a international logistics models about the transportation of "fast selling goods" from Hunan changsha to German hamburg,the result shows that the international freight train(Hunan trains in Europe)is the best international logistics mode of such goods transport,it is consistent with the actual and the analysis is verified the feasibility and rationality of the comprehensive evaluation model of the multi-level grey correlation.It provides a new idea and method for the selection of international logistics mode of Hunan province for cross-border e-commerce in Hunan province,provides targeted recom-mendations for the development of international logistics and international logistics optimization model in Hunan province.
