Research On The Selection Of Cross-boarder Logistics Model

With the development of economic globalization and the globalization of information, contacts and business activities among countries are more and more and cross-border e-commerce gradually come into public eyes.In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly and its logistics model has also undergone a very big change: from the form traditional "container" type of transport gradually to the "multi-frequency, low-volume, fast delivery". As the last part of the logistics transactions, logistics relate to the success of cross-border e-commerce transactions,which plays a very important role in the cross-border electricity supplier development process, so choose a suitable logistics model is very important to a cross-boarder enterprise.Based on previous studies, this article starts from the origin and development of cross-border e-commerce, it analyzes the cross-border e-commerce logistics model and the advantages and disadvantages of each model, at the same time it focus on the factors affecting the logistics mode selection and use an empirical case to offer scientific reference to the companies on the logistics mode decision.On the basis of the index system of logistics mode selected,this article establish a model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and gray multi-level to choose company A’s logistics model,the results show that for company A,the overseas warehouse model is best. Finally, league of warehouse and transportation is put out.
