A Competitive Research On The Second Pioneering Work Of Sugarcane Of Guangxi

As one of traditionally economic pillar industries in Guangxi province,sugarcane is related to the development of regional economy and rural society.With the international trade development and economic globalization,and the freedom of international trade,the sugar industry in Guangxi province has been severely affected.In response to the international and domestic market challenges,the Guangxi District Government has formulated and deployed relevant work programs.Based on the actuality of Guangxi's sugar industry(e.g.the second venture),this research would discussed the diversity industry of sugarcane.In detail,the development status of sugarcane diversity industry competitiveness during the second venture would be studied by the theory of economics and statistics.The main results are as follows.The comparison of research showed that there has been a significant difference between China and foreign countries' sugarcane production and processing technology,production scale and comprehensive utilization of sugarcane by-products.At the same time,the second venture,Guangxi sugarcane industry has the problems of the slow development of sugarcane production technology,the difficulty in reorganization of sugar production enterprises,the short sugarcane deep processing industry chain,the excess sugar production capacity,the international market impact,the development of alternatives to sugar,the high sugarcane production cost and so on,affecting the development of Guangxi sugarcane industrial development to varying degrees.Through field research investigations and face-to-face interviews to Guangxi Nongken Sugar Industry Co.Ltd.and its affiliated companies,it was discovered that the company formed a circular economy industrial chain based on the development of enterprises:"cane,sugar,wine,pulp,board,cattle,fertilizer,and biological Chemicals,energy.",and it support the guarantee for the sustainable development of sugar cane industry of the company.This article analyzed the industrial competitiveness of Guangxi sugarcane before and after the second venture using two methods of comprehensive comparative advantage and principal component analysis.The analysis results showed that the development trend has been the same.Using the comparative advantage analysis method,the scale advantage index,efficiency advantage index and comprehensive advantage index before and after the second venture of sugarcane in Guangxi were compared.It was found that during the second venture of sugarcane,the scale advantages and comprehensive advantages of sugarcane had obvious advantages.The efficiency index has no advantage,but the efficiency advantage index showed an upward trend during the second venture.Using principal component analysis to establish a competitiveness evaluation model and calculating a comprehensive score,it was found that the competitiveness of Guangxi sugarcane in the implementation of the second venture was relatively weak.Although the production scale and economic benefits of sugar enterprises had a certain degree of competitive advantage,it was necessary to improve sugarcane production costs and production,as well as operating efficiency.Combining with the problems existing,during the second venture of sugarcane in Guangxi,this proposal should strengthen policy protection and innovation mechanisms,steadily growing base of sugarcane region,accelerate the promotion of sugar cane breeding,order to accelerate the sugar industry mergers and acquisitions,promote the construction of the sugar cane industry standard system,extend the industrial chain of sugar intensive processing cycle,improve the sugar market.Combining the industrial development experience of Guangxi sugar industry,we should strengthen and improve sugarcane planting,agricultural management,sugar production,supervision mode,intensive processing,comprehensive utilization,marketing,brand culture,qualification certification,etc.to form a resource advantage for development.High-utilization,high-value-added diversified recycling industry economic chain promotes diversification of the structure of sugarcane industry products,realizing optimal adjustment of industrial structure and transformation of development methods.
