Research On The Relationship Between Knowledge Characteristics And Business Model Innovation

The new wave of commerce,such as artificial intelligence,block chain and big data,has swept the world,and the new business shows the characteristics of knowledge and technology intensive.The traditional business model has no longer adapted to the development of the times,which brings many practical puzzles.Although scholars are aware of the important role of knowledge in innovation,the influence of knowledge on technological innovation and breakthrough innovation is discussed in relevant literature research,but it lacks special attention to the innovative behavior of business model innovation.Since transformational leadership has a leading effect on creating an innovative atmosphere,and scarce social resources help enterprises to close the network and enhance their competitiveness,it is of great significance to understand how to enhance the innovation ability of the business model.In order to clarify the relationship between knowledge and business model innovation and to provide practical guidance for the innovative business model to integrate into the new business situation,we use literature review and empirical analysis to explore.Based on this,this paper,taking 256 enterprises as research objects,explores the influence of enterprise knowledge characteristics(tacit knowledge and complex knowledge)on business model innovation,introduces transformational leadership and social capital,and studies their moderating effects in the relationship between knowledge characteristics and business model innovation.It has important practical and theoretical significance to explore the relationship between knowledge characteristics and business model innovation.The results show that implicit knowledge and complex knowledge have a positive impact on business model innovation,while tacit knowledge can have a stronger influence;transformational leadership plays a positive adjustment role in the relationship of tacit knowledge,complex knowledge and business model innovation;social capital plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between tacit knowledge and business model innovation,and social capital is complex.The moderating effect of miscellaneous knowledge and business model innovation is not significant.For this reason,first,enterprises should attach importance to the learning,accumulation,absorption and internalization of the complex knowledge of tacit knowledge,and transform knowledge into the internal motive force of enterprise business model innovation,Second,enterprises should play the leading role of leaders,explore and transform business models,emphasize the cultivation of employees' innovative spirit,and create a healthy organizational innovation atmosphere.Third,enterprises need to mobilize and utilize scarce social capital,expand enterprise social networking network,obtain more resources information,establish high trust relationship and emotional connection with external organizations,effectively promote the sharing and absorption of tacit knowledge,in order to promote business model innovation.
