In today's era of economic globalization,innovation has become an important magic weapon for enterprises to gain a foothold in the competitive trend at home and abroad.Innovation activities are particularly important in knowledge-intensive enterprises.They are the motive force and source for knowledge-intensive enterprises to maintain their advantages and improve their innovation performance in the fierce competitive environment.R&D team is the core force to promote the innovation activities of knowledge-intensive enterprises.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of R&D members and improve the innovation performance level of R&D team has become a difficulty in the innovation practice of knowledge-intensive enterprises,and has also become the focus of academic attention.In order to study the influencing factors of innovation performance of R&D teams in knowledge-intensive enterprises,on the basis of referring to the existing theories of leadership,to establish the relationship between transformational leadership and innovation performance of R&D team,and to analyze the mechanism of transformational leadership on innovation performance of R&D team.According to the characteristics that transformational leadership is good at stimulating and inspiring employees' creativity,and can inspire the sharing of experience within R&D team,this paper introduces organizational innovation climate and tacit knowledge sharing behavior as intermediary variables,and deeply analyses the mechanism of transformational leadership's influence on R&D team's innovation performance under the intermediary of organizational innovation climate and tacit knowledge sharing behavior.Based on the literature review on transformational leadership,organizational innovation climate,tacit knowledge sharing behavior and innovation performance of R&D team,the hypothesis of this study is put forward and verified by statistical analysis software.The research shows that transformational leadership has a positive impact on innovation performance,organizational innovation climate and tacit knowledge sharing behavior of R&D team.Organizational innovation climate has a significant positive impact on R&D team's innovation performance and tacit knowledge sharing behavior;tacit knowledge sharing behavior has a significant positive impact on R&D team's innovation performance;organizational innovation climate and tacit knowledge sharing behavior all play a complete intermediary role between transformational leadership and R&D team's innovation performance;organizational innovation climate plays a role in transformational leadership and R&D team's innovation performance.Tacit knowledge sharing acts as a complete mediator between organizational innovation climate and R&D team innovation performance;Organizational innovation climate and tacit knowledge sharing act as a chain mediator between transformational leadership and innovation performance of R&D team.According to the research conclusion,this paper provides valuable suggestions for knowledge-intensive enterprises to improve innovation vitality and innovation performance of R&D team.
