The era have entered knowledge economy.Knowledge and technology become important factor in the development of enterprises.Competition between enterprises is more intense.Among all the staff,knowledge workers in the enterprise play an important role.They have rich knowledge and advanced skills,and they are essential to the development of the enterprise.The knowledge workers' loyalty becomes a problem that the enterprise must pay attention to.Enterprises should strive to attract and retain talents,and to improve the loyalty of those knowledge workers.Q company was founded in 1989,and is a private enterprise focusing on new energy.Its main business is biomass power generation and cogeneration.Q company has been developing in recent years,together with the increasingly fierce external competition,problems in terms of managing those knowledge workers begin to appear.The knowledge workers' loyalty becomes lower,the working enthusiasm is not high,and more and more workers chose to leave,which results in the loss of talents.Based on the empirical research,the thesis got the current loyalty status of those knowledge works in Q company.It analyzed the factors that influenced the loyalty of Q employees,solved the problem of low loyalty and high wastage rate of staff,and enhance the company's core competitiveness.The outline of this thesis is:the first part is literature review,which summarized the theory and research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and learnt from their essence;the second part is the design of the questionnaire,on the basis of theory combining with the present situation of Q company.Then the questionnaires in terms of employee loyalty were distributed to the employees and data were collected;the third part is empirical research,using statistical analysis software to acquire the loyalty status of knowledge workers in Q company;fourth,to analyze the factors that influenced the to the loyalty status of knowledge workers;fifth,in view of the problems arising from the management of knowledge workers in Q company,the corresponding measures are put forward to solve the problem of low loyalty of knowledge workers.Through empirical research,we catch sight of that the Q company knowledge employee loyalty is generally low.It is summed up as ideal loyalty,emotional loyalty,normative loyalty and economic loyalty.The main influencing factors of loyalty could be summarized into three aspects,more specifically the employees' personal factors,the factors of the company itself and external environment factors.With the combination of the empirical research and the practical situation of Q company,the thesis put forward a management solution to improve the loyalty of Q company's knowledge works.The solution re-constructed the hiring and management of human resources,the performance appraisal,salary incentive,incentive welfare,career development planning,post authorization,communication improvement,and the company's culture.This study designed a standard form of employee loyalty questionnaire by analyzing Q company's knowledge workers,used the empirical research method and the data statistics analysis software to obtain the status of knowledge workers loyalty,analyzes the influence of different factors.It put forward solutions to improve the management of knowledge staff of Q company loyalty.Also,it provided a theoretical basis for the management of knowledge employee loyalty in the future.The management of the knowledge workers become more scientific,systematic and effective.It also has a strong practical significance and references for companies in the same industry or similar private enterprise just like Q company.
