Compared to other international financial centers,Shanghai is still in the phase of a continuous development as an international financial center.To construct an international financial center,talent is the key.It is a common knowledge that the financial industry filled with knowledge workers,in recent years,it significantly shows that more and more young and highly educated talents gather in this industry.From the perspective of talent incentives,the mainstream of the industry to carry out more effective incentives,enterprises can do a reasonable allocation of human capital.If Shanghai wants to promote the development of its construction of financial talents,it must fuel the mainstream with more effective motivations.How to improve the financial industry talent development,based on the understanding of the motivation factors of these talents,meet the knowledge demand of them,make sure the stability of them,improve the management of the organization to create a better performance.The existing research rarely explores the influencing factors of loyalty from the employee's own needs and incentive level.Also,there is no clear framework for the incentive model of knowledge workers in Shanghai.Based on previous research results,this paper has improved these two points.First of all,summarize the literature of the domestic and foreign scholars about characteristics of knowledge workers,and analyzing their needs based on its environmental impact factors.At the same time,summarizing the four incentive factors suitable for the knowledge workers of the banking industry,which are as follows: salary and welfare factors,personal growth factors,working factors and business achievement factors.Then proving the relationship between the incentive factors of knowledge workers and the two dimensions of attitude loyalty and behavioral loyalty via SPSS and AMOS.The motivation of the knowledge employees can improve the loyalty and reduce the loss of personnel.Compensation and benefits,task achievement are the two motivation factors that can mostly motivate Shanghai knowledge employees to improve attitude and behavior loyalty.Combined with the preference of knowledge employees' motivation factors and the actual feelings,personal growth need to be paid more attention in the future,including training,promotion and occupation development.The results of this study provide a theoretical support for the future of the knowledge workers,but also for the management of the bank managers to provide a basis for the management of knowledge of employees.
