Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of Chineseadvertising industry is obvious. But the current situation Chinese localadvertising business is highly fragmented and weak do not match Chinesehuge advertising market. Western countries completed the upgrading of theadvertising industry as early as in the1980s, but Chinese advertising clustersindustry have developed slowly on the right track. Therefore, the Chinesegovernment has re-planed for the advertising industry in the new industrialplan, and decided to approve a number of advertising industrial parks innationwide.This paper tries to explore the construction and development ofChinese advertising industry park from the theoretical analysis and practicalstudy. Theoretical analysis is mainly from the industrial cluster theory andthe theory of cultural and creative industries. Practical aspects of theconstruction of industrial parks start its investigation from advertisingbackground, current situation and the problems. Ultimately offer sometargeted development strategy which resolved by theoretical and practicalstudy on the construction and development of Chinese advertising industryparks.
