Grass-roots Staff Training Transfer Study Of PBC Sub-branch Of X City

PBC is the financial management department. In order to solve new problem which bring by rapid economy development, PBC should improve regulation efficiency. The grass-roots staff of each branch is the main body of PBC, the improvement of their work skill is one of the important jobs of PBC Training is the main method, so it is important to analyse the influence factors of training and put forward some suggestions.The research object of this paper is the grass-roots staff of PBC of X city, obtain the result of how to make staff use training knowledge abidingly and effectively. First, this paper analyse related training transfer model and influencing factors through the literature analysis method, this paper will propose preliminary model. Secondly, the paper will interview relative leadership, personal department chief, training organization staff, skilled workers and new workers the existing training system and related factors. Based on interviews information, combined with the preliminary research model, this paper put forward the final research model. Third, this paper adopt Likert five dimension scale, design the personal characteristics scale and training the migration behavior scale, and use the mature training transfer atmosphere scale. After the inspection of these scales in reliability and validity, using these scales, author survey the grass-roots staff.After the regression analysis, this paper consider that the job of training transfer isn’t efficiency, there are many problems such as the enthusiasm of participate in training is not very strong. To solve these problems, this paper put forward some suggestion, such as establish perfect career planning.
