commercial banks to improve their competitiveness in the fierce market competition environment.In recent years,with the changes and development of the socio-economic structure,competition among banks has gradually intensified.In addition,for internal employees,the competition caused by performance pressure is obvious to all,and the rapid development of Internet finance has brought about Under the impact of the impact of commercial banks,the operating environment facing commercial banks has also changed dramatically,eventually leading to further increase in the work intensity and pressure of commercial bank staff,and the reduction of salaries and benefits for commercial bank employees.Recruitment has brought many impacts.On the other hand,it also has a negative impact on the satisfaction of employees.The enthusiasm of employees is restricted to a certain extent.In the end,employees will have a poor work attitude and the turnover rate will increase year by year.It has brought many negative impacts to the operation and development of commercial banks.Based on the above research background,in this article,we take the behavioral research object of China Construction Bank Zaozhuang Branch,survey employees of CCB Zaozhuang Branch through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,and statistics the current job satisfaction of employees of CCB Zaozhuang Branch According to the analysis,the results of the statistical analysis of the questionnaire show that the current employees of CCB Zaozhuang Branch are generally satisfied with the employee satisfaction management,but the satisfaction scores are generally low.It can be seen that CCB Zaozhuang Branch needs to further find out the problems in employee satisfaction management.The causes are analyzed,and the employee satisfaction management system is improved and optimized based on the research results.In addition,in this article,a questionnaire survey was used to find out the weak links in the current employee satisfaction management of CCB Zaozhuang Branch.For example,the current CCB Zaozhuang Branch has not paid enough attention to the construction of corporate culture and employees' spare time.Life is too monotonous and so on.In addition,employees face greater work pressure and intensity during work.The current corporate performance management mechanism designated by CCB Zaozhuang Branch is not complete,the relevant welfare system has not been implemented,and there is also a lack of attention to employees' career development career plans and positions.There are many problems such as flaws in the promotion mechanism.Further research shows that CCB Zaozhuang Branch lacks an efficient internal communication,cooperation,and exchange mechanism,and it is not clear about the division of job responsibilities of bank employees and the lack of corresponding overall planning work.In view of the many problems in the current employee satisfaction management mechanism of the China Construction Bank Zaozhuang Branch,this article puts forward corresponding comments and suggestions,which specifically include optimizing the employee's working environment,adjusting the current enterprise's unreasonable salary system,attaching importance to corporate culture,Carry out comprehensive vocational training.The research in this article is to further improve and enhance the working environment of the employees of CCB Zaozhuang Branch,and to improve the company's salary system,thereby further improving the daily management of employees,based on this,to enhance employee job satisfaction,and then to promote employee work enthusiasm.Branches have a sense of identity.The improvement of employee satisfaction is conducive to the cultivation of the talent system of the enterprise,realizing the stability of the internal control system and the talent team,thereby helping the enterprise to enhance its competitive advantage in the fierce market competition environment and achieve the stable and healthy development of the enterprise.At the same time,the research in this paper provides feasible suggestions for the optimization of employee satisfaction management strategies of the CCB Zaozhuang Branch,and also provides a reference for other commercial banks or financial institutions to carry out research on employee satisfaction optimization.It is of great significance for the improvement of
