In recent years,cross-border e-commerce,with its advantages of convenience and low cost,has provided a strong guarantee for the continued growth of Chinese export trade.However,due to the high logistics cost of Chinese cross-border retail export e-commerce,the high risk of cross-border payment,and the fact that domestic sellers face overseas consumers in different regions,it is more difficult to establish trust in cross-border e-commerce.At the same time,domestic B2 C cross-border platforms often take the interests of buyers as the starting point.The credit model lacks considerations such as the transaction amount of overseas buyers,transaction time,and the credibility of the evaluator,making the current credit system unable to scientifically reflect the consumer's The situation of credit standing has led to fraudulent overseas buyer transactions,malicious returns,and non-integrated actions such as cancellation of orders,and has continued to bring property losses to domestic sellers.Therefore,promptly lifting the trust crisis in the transaction has become the most important issue for Chinese B2 C export cross-border e-commerce development.In order to provide sellers with reliable cross-border platforms with more reliable buyer's credit,the cross-border entire transaction process is used to comprehensively consider the influence of overseas buyer transaction amount,transaction time,transaction value,return rate,return time,and logistics efficiency.Factors,and distinguish between the calculation of successful transactions of overseas buyers and the reputation of return transactions,and thus to propose a model for the evaluation of overseas buyers ' reputation.On this basis,the cross-border e-commerce overseas buyers' trading behaviors were modeled,and appropriate simulation software was selected to test the behavior of different types of untrustworthy buyers,and the dynamic changes in the reputation value of different types of overseas buyers were obtained.Thus,the feasibility of the model was verified.Through experiments,the overseas buyer reputation model constructed tomake up for the inadequacies of the traditional assessment model,and at the same time it has significant recognition and differentiation capabilities for non-integrated overseas buyers.Finally,in order to reduce the overseas buyer dispute rate in B2 C cross-border e-commerce,create a good cross-border trading credit environment,improve international competitiveness,and put forward corresponding countermeasures in improving the construction of B2 C cross-border e-commerce credit system.
