Research On The Interest Realization Of Members' In The Farmers' Professional Cooperation In Heilongjiang Province

As an important part of new agricultural business entities,famers' professional cooperatives have played an active role in organizing peasants into the market.Applying modern technology and developing modern agriculture,which is of great significance to the progress of agriculture and the development of rural economy in our country.Heilongjiang Province,as a major province for the development of modern agriculture,attached great importance to the development of farmers'professional cooperatives in recent years.As of the end of 2016,the number of famers' professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province has reached 89000,which to some extent led to the development of rural economy in Heilongjiang Province.Although the number of famers' professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province has a great increase in recent years,There are still many problems in the development process.The purpose of members initially joined the famers' professional cooperatives did not reach,and also the interest demands did not met,a direct impact on the stable development of famers' professional cooperatives.Researching on the interest demands and its realization of members in famers' professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province will help us to clarify and deepen the learning to the interests of members in famers' professional cooperatives,and to a certain extent enrich and develop new perspectives on theoretical research and analysis of the development of cooperatives.At the same time,on the basis of empirical research,in view of many factors that affect the realization of the interests of members in famers' professional cooperatives,this article puts forward effective measures to protect the interests of members and ensure the satisfaction of members' interest demands.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper takes institutional theory,property rights theory and interest distribution theory as the theoretical support.Taking 284 members in 68 farmers' professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,this paper uses the literature analysis,field research and measurement analysis combining research method to study.Through the investigation and telephone surveys,this paper analyzed the members' interest demands and its realization current situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province,and found out the problems existing in the realization of the members' benefits,such as The services provided to members mainly include primary services,the realization of benefits is relatively low,and the degree' of benefits realization between members are different.In view of the existing problems,in the view of farmers' professional cooperatives and its members selected six aspects:the profitability of cooperatives,the complete of cooperative profit distribution mechanism,the democratic management of cooperative,the arrangement of property rights of cooperative,the degree of members' participation in cooperative management and the supervision mechanism of cooperative,and constructed the theoretical assumptions that effecting the interests realization of members in farmers' professional cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province,then constructed an empirical analysis framework that affects the realization of the members' interests,The binary logistic method is used to analyze and verify the correctness of the hypotheses.The results showed that the members' awareness of the distribution of benefits,that is,the members' awareness of farmers' professional cooperatives and their deserved benefits as well as the enhancement of their awareness of rights protection,have the greatest impact on the realization of their interests.Secondly,the proportion of shares of members in farmers' professional cooperatives,The decision-making of major issues and the degree of supervision in farmers' professional cooperatives by the competent departments are also the major influencing factors for the interests realization of members.Finally,based on the result of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspectives of farmers' professional cooperatives,their own members and government departments.First,enhances the members' recognition of the interests in farmers' professional cooperatives.Second,standardizes the equity of stock right in farmers' professional cooperatives.Third,improves the democratic management mechanism in farmers' professional cooperatives.And fourth establish the supervisory mechanism of interest both inside and outside.
