Research On Land-lost Peasant’s Interest Demand Matter

Due to the needs of the development of urbanization and industrialization, a large number of rural collective land have been expropriated, which result in more and more farmers become landless peasants, the land-lost problem has also led to the widespread concern of society. Interest is the core, which demands a platform for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of landless peasants, and realizing the real social fairness and justice. The landless peasants is a large number of vulnerable groups in the social hierarchy, therefore, we cannot ignore the needs and aspirations of their interests at any time. Unobstructed expression of landless peasants interest demands ways to integrate various conflicts of interest, to maintain social stability and harmony.In this paper, combining the method of questionnaire survey and case study method, according to the varying degrees of land lost in suburban at Luzhou, Longmatan district, I selected120landless peasants from seven different towns as my questionnaire sample survey research objects, such as from ShiDong town and TeXing town. I conducted a field survey on their compensation, resettlement situation, interviewed some towns’primarily leadership and the village committee members, in order to fully investigate the specific characteristics and actual situation of the landless peasants interest demands.In this study, mainly from the professional point of view of administration, combined with political science, sociology and law multidisciplinary research perspective, focusing on empirical research, and strive to explore a reasonable and effective way for landless peasants interest demands. This study as the core of landless peasants interest demands, positive change in the concept of interest demands, and in-depth Analysis of the reason which block the landless peasants interest demands, In order to expand an effective path that can fully protect farmers’ interests in the land, ultimately to achieve the aspirations of the landless farmers’ interests and social equity and justice.
