Research On The Improvement On SGT Company's Financing Ability

Wholly state-owned enterprises occupy the key sector of the national economy and the natural monopoly department,and it plays an important role of the national economy.Wholly state-owned enterprises of local government investment and financing platform tend to undertake the task of the local public welfare infrastructure construction.In the new normal,the financing environment is undergoing significant changes,so do the state owned enterprises.Now,our country state-owned enterprise depends heavily on local gorvernnent,the financing ability has become a concern in the aspects of financing channels and financing cost.SGT is a wholly state-owned limited liability company established in accordance with the law.Company is in charge of shaoshan high-tech industrial development zone within the scope of resources development,construction,management and operation and city construction of key projects,dominanting the area of urban infrastructure construction and land development and consolidation of business.It's an important platform of shaoshan city about urban infrastructure.First of all,based on the wholly state-owned enterprises SGT company as a case study object,through collecting the company's annual report,the major project report,and analysis the company's strategic objectives,financial situation and the present situation of financing.Then,find its own factors and external factors in the financing problems from the company.I found that the company exists excessive imbalance in the structure of assets and debts,dependence on exogenous financing,financing channel is unitary,lack of financing depends heavily on government and regulatory issues.According to the financing status of the company's financial situation,this paper discuss the reason for the existence of the problem.Finally,combined with the problems of corporate finance,further analyzes the problems in the supervision system of wholly state-owned company,thus to perfect country state-owned company supervision system.In this paper,starting from SGT company,on the basis of the particularity of state-owned enterprises,mainly in financing theory,life cycle theory and financing ability theory as the theoretical basis,find out the cause of the problem and put forward the improvement plan.Research has the profession characteristic,and it can be used for reference with the types of companies within the industry in the financing problem.
