The Study Of Increasing The Value Of The State-owned Assets Through The Economic Value Added

The research on preserving and increasing value of state assets is a special subject of economic management in China.In our country, the state-owned economy is the leading force in the national economy, is the core of economic foundation of China’s socialist system, the constitution of our country has special provisions, national security the consolidation and development of the state-owned economy. Therefore, as a characteristic subject of economic management, the research of value preserving and increasing value of state-owned assets should occupy a very important subject status. Since 2003, the State Council, the SASAC since its establishment, a state-owned asset management from the perspective of the theory of the target mode and the reform of the path to getting more clear, in practice the institutional framework through continuous improvement is becoming more and more stable operation. In this context, the discipline of state-owned asset management also ushered in the unprecedented development opportunities and challenges, especially can absorb new theoretical results and practical experience, and after digestion and finishing, and ultimately provide a relatively mature steady theoretical basis and knowledge framework.This article in view of our country at present state-owned assets preserve and increase the value to the status quo analysis, so we can draw a conclusion that the existence of our country state-owned assets and the reasons for the problems, the main reason exists to state-owned assets value value-added assessment indicators and our country state-owned asset stock, unfairness and inefficiency factor occupancy. The paper puts forward the concept of EVA to assess the value of state-owned assets and maintain and increase the value of the value of state-owned assets. The assessment index removes the cost factor and the pure profit of the state-owned enterprise.. Using EVA to analyze the case of oil, we can disclose the real problems of the enterprise, and then make suggestions for improving enterprise management, realize the profit growth.
