| With the continuous economic changes in China,enterprises need to understand the industry's life cycle and formulate the corresponding strategies to achieve their transformation development.In this article,TRI-CEL Group is taken as the research sample to analyze its industrial development process,starting from the real estate industry and growing into an integrated enterprise group which involves vocational education,investment,new energy and other industries.Facing the ever-changing market environment and based on its own development advantage,how does TRI-CEL Group formulate the corresponding development strategy and take the scientific safeguard measures to promote the successful implementation of the strategy.In this article,with the formulation of development strategy of TRI-CEL Group as the main line,we adopt the literature research method,the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,the case study method,the comparative analysis method and other research methods and use the PEST tool analysis and resource theory to analyze the macro environment which TRI-CEL Group faces and the development environment of the four industries,which concludes the opportunities and threats faced by TRI-CEL Group as well as its strengths and weaknesses.The vision and mission of TRI-CEL Group are defined,the core competence of TRI-CEL Group is refined out,and combined with the current industrial development status,and the uncorrelated diversified development strategy is put forward.By using the GE Matrix Model tool,the development direction of four industries and eight business units in uncorrelated diversified development strategy is defined.The vocational education and the production of PDO material are developed and strengthened.For vocational education,the school site and recruitment scope are expanded.The production scale of PDO material is continued to expand after mass production.The development scale of real estate industry is maintained,and the main areas are in Heze,Dongying and other third-class cities.New energy vehicles and high-speed electric vehicles are developed,and it actively applies for production qualification or cooperates with brand car enterprises.There is large capital investment and long return cycle to build new plant,so it actively seeks for industrial funds.For production of anode material,the second phase of plant is built;the cost is reduced by scale production to achieve profitability instead of suffering a loss,and it actively seeks for merger and restructuring opportunities.As the long-term development focus,direct investment and indirect investment business focuses on the capital utilization efficiency and return rate,which is still in the exploratory stage now.For property management(commercial operation),the main management projects are the housing estates developed by itself in the real estate section.Next,according to the actual situation of each housing estate,it will gradually adopt open market bidding to improve its service quality and management level.In the concrete implementation process,the cooperation strategy is applied flexibly,the strengths are given full play,the deficiency is made up for,and each risk faced for entering new industry is reduced.For the safeguard measures of development strategy,several aspects are implemented,such as the company's corporate culture,governance structure,organizational structure,financial management,performance appraisal system,risk control system,talent team,information construction and so on,to formulate the specific and operational schemes.In this article,TRI-CEL Group is taken as the research sample to show its strategic management process,which has strong reference significance for the same type of enterprises in the strategic positioning and selection aspects. |
