Since the reform and opening up,the Party Central Committee has continuously increased its support for the ethnic regions.The productivity of the ethnic areas has been continuously improved,public goods supply and local governance capacity have been continuously strengthened,the overall situation of the ethnic relations has become better and better,the foundation of national unity has been solidified,and national identity has been established.The degree has been improved.However,because of the constraints of location,nature,resources,geography and history,some universal problems in the development of ethnic areas,especially in economic development,have still not been completely resolved.The economic environment in ethnic areas is generally poor in the development of our country.This gives them development.The speed and development results have had a negative impact.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress proposed:"At present,China' s social contradictions have turned into a conflict between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and imbalances and inadequate development." The modern service industry,as the industry with the highest correlation with the improvement of people's quality of life,is the fundamental guarantee for satisfying people's needs for a better life.Modern service industry is based on modern science and technology as the main support,based on the new business model,service methods and management methods based on the service industry.It has centralized intellectual capital,distribution pattern of urbanization,information-based service mode,ecological service mode,and service-oriented industrial structure.To promote the development of modern service industry,to provide rich products that meet people's material and cultural life needs,to meet the people's growing good life needs,to absorb new employment in urban and rural areas,and to enable people' s livelihood issues to be properly resolved,and to promote the stability and harmony of the entire society.It is conducive to promoting the process of urbanization.As an important representative of ethnic minority areas in Yanbian,many issues such as economic development and social stability need to be achieved through the accelerated development of modern service industries.The Yanbian region's modern service industry has achieved certain achievements after three stages of development,rapid development,and comprehensive development.However,there are still unsound development mechanisms,inadequate development imbalances,low innovation capacity,and high corporate costs.Due to the relative lack of human resources and other issues,Yanbian needs to take effective and effective measures.The first is to strengthen the implementation of policies and improve the development mechanism;the second is to highlight key industries and optimize the development pattern;the third is to strengthen scientific and technological innovation and foster dominant players;fourth,to reduce business costs and expand financing channels;and fifth,to improve the personnel mechanism and expand the human resources team.
