Research On Sustainable Development Of Small Towns Construction In Yuhang District,hangzhou Municipality

Economic and social development in China has entered a new stage,and urbanization will be the main driving force for development in China after industrialization.It is the Chinese-way to break the two-dimension structure of urban and rural areas and take the road of urban-rural integration development.However,resulting from the lack of systematic concept and sustainable development concept,many problems have emerged in the process of urbanization,including the destruction of the ecological environment,the excessive use of resources and the imperfection of public infrastructure.The emergence of these problems not only restricts the development of small towns,but also overdraft the ability to develop of small towns in the future.Therefore,in order to avoid these problems in the process of urbanization development,the urbanization construction under the perspective of sustainable development is particularly important.Zhejiang province is one of the earliest areas having the earliest development,the most complete system of developing,the high level development in economy and sociology in China.Yuhang District,whose level of economic and social development in the province's remains long-term leading level,has followed some of the common law in the development of small towns and also has its own characteristics,such as unreasonable economic structure,shortage of land resource and incomplete public facilities,serious environmental pollution,"urban diseases" and other problems.Based on sustainable development,the basic function of government and other related theoretical research,we put forward the construction of small cities and towns under the perspective of sustainable development,make a comparative analysis of the small town in the Yuhang area as cases,and then provide a decision-making basis for the formulation and adjustment of the policy of local government from the optimization of the industrial structure,cultivate industry support,highlight the characteristics of industry,countermeasures and suggestions of speeding up the public service system.
