Research On Identification And Optimization Of Key Node Of Business Process Of Tobacco Logistics Distribution Center

Tobacco logistics distribution center is towards high quality,high efficiency,low cost of modern logistics enterprise transformation,in the process of transformation and the construction of modern logistics,how to implement the business process optimization of tobacco logistics distribution center is one of the key problems,the construction of tobacco logistics distribution center of modern logistics is of great significance.So-called tobacco logistics distribution business process optimization,is refers to through continuous improvement of tobacco logistics operation and management process,make the cigarette logistics system continuously towards the most scientific and reasonable process,so as to achieve the tobacco industry the ultimate requirements,the construction of modern logistics and operation management in the key indicators such as cost,quality,service and speed on the notable increase.On the basis of studying the logistics distribution and business process optimization of tobacco industry,this paper takes a tobacco logistics distribution center as the research object,and first uses IDEF0 technology to analyze its business process.Secondly,the key problems and processes of efficiency and cost in the existing tobacco distribution process are identified by grey correlation analysis.Then the key process of tobacco logistics distribution is optimized.The main research contents and innovation points are as follows:(1)Take a tobacco logistics distribution center as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of the center,and the organizational structure,using the IDEF0 hierarchy model for the center of the logistics distribution business process for the functional division and finishing,the business process decomposition for primary,secondary and tertiary process.Among them,the first level process is three modules,the secondary process is nine modules,and the tertiary process is eight modules.(2)Construct the index system of identifying key processes of tobacco logistics distribution,using the grey correlation analysis method,to identify the key node of tobacco logistics distribution process,and focus on the optimization of the first three key processes such as the inbound process,the sorting process,and the outbound process.(3)Adopt the RFID technology to optimize the tobacco inbound process,sorting process and outbound process,and propose targeted optimization strategy measures.Furthermore,the above optimization strategy is applied to the distribution center,which shows that the optimization model is of great significance for the reengineering of the business process of tobacco logistics distribution center.Theoretical and empirical studies show that the proposed business process identification and optimization model of tobacco logistics process reengineering have higher application value and help optimize tobacco logistics distribution center operation process,reduce logistics cost,improve the efficiency of distribution and modern logistics management level.
