Our society has been facing an intense contradiction between the employment difficulty and the labor shortage in recent years.To be precisely,Fresh graduates from vocational schools cannot find jobs easily and enterprise cannot find employees match their positions accurately,which reflect a conflict between the talents cultivation mode of vocational education and social advancement.To tackle this intractable problem,changing the talents cultivation mode is the fundamental and radical approach,including making most of the merits of schools and enterprise in cultivating talents,and a combination between education environment which mainly concentrate on imparting knowledge indirectly and manufacturing surroundings which mainly focus on gaining practical experience and abilities directly.Teaching business optimization of a school is studied in the thesis.Firstly,teaching problems faced by a school of logistics engineering major are analyzed,and then start from three respects:University-enterprise resource allocation,course structure and teaching quality evaluation,carrying out teaching business optimization in logistics engineering major and improve logistics engineering graduates’satisfaction of their own employment,school work and enterprise.The main contents are given in the following three aspects:(1)The target location and function location of school and enterprise resource allocation are put forward;the logistics engineering major is comprehensively constructed in three aspects:the laboratory,the employment guidance platform and the teaching staff.At the same time,two types of school enterprise cooperation personnel training model,the ’2+1’ and the ’order form’,are provided for reference.(2)In order to adapt to the new mode of schools and enterprise cooperation resource allocation,the curriculum structure model of Logistics major is redesigned and reconstructed,which is put forward in the third chapter,the curriculum system of logistics engineering major based on ability training is established,and the development time of relevant teaching materials is planned,at the same time,the practical teaching system of this major teaching system is established.(3)Through the expert investigation method and the status of research at domestic and foreign countries,teaching quality evaluation system of logistics engineering major is constructed and the weight is determined.By using the hierarchical Grey relational analysis method,the teaching quality of the teachers in logistics engineering major is evaluated,and the results of the evaluation are applied.
