| At the end of the 20 th century, the Chinese government proposed a policy of attracting investment and market-for-technology.The introduction of foreign-funded enterprises brought advanced technology,a front-line perspective, and first-rate management, resulting in a technology spillover effect. Can really influence the innovation ability of local companies and innovation performance, and how does it influence the innovation of local companies? What role does human capital play in the impact of technological spillover on innovation performance and how does it work? Have become emerging topics in theoretical research.Based on the theory of Endogenous Growth and Competitive Advantage, this paper proposes the hypothesis of this paper and establishes a structural equation model based on the research of relevant literatures to explore the impact of foreign capital technology spillovers on the innovation performance of local companies. This paper first reviews the existing literature, sums up the current research status, and studies the deficiencies. Then, based on the existing theories, the technology spillover of industrial clusters and the overflow of industry, universities, and research networks are used to measure the technological spillovers of foreign companies. Then add human capital adjustment variables to construct the research hypothesis and related models.Thirdly, according to the existing literature and the purpose of the study, the survey questionnaire was designed and the options of the questionnaire were quantified rationally. That is,the Likert scale was used to score the scores.Based on this, the results were tested for reliability and validity.Equation model test. The empirical results show that the technology spillover effect of industrial clusters and the technology spillover effect of industry-university-research network can effectively promote the innovation performance of local enterprises, and human capital plays a positive role in regulating the impact of foreign-funded enterprises' technological spillovers on local companies' innovation performance. Finally, according to the research results of this article, opinions and suggestions are given, and the outlook for the future is to be expected to have a measurable effect on the theoretical community. It has appropriate suggestions for the government and a certain degree of guidance to the business community. This paper measures the technology spillover of foreign-funded enterprises from the industrial cluster technology spillovers and the network overflow of industry, universities, and research institutes, making the theory more in line with the actual situation, and using human capital as a regulatory variable to enrich the existing literature. In the theoretical research,in terms of research methods, the second-order structural equation model was used instead of the more commonly used DEA,SFA to study the impact of technology spillover on innovation performance, and expanded the existing research methods. |
