Risk Analysis Of PPP Projects In The Tunnels Of Britain-France Strait

The PPP model is an institutional innovation that not only solves the problem of infrastructure financing difficulties,transforms government functions,eases the government's financial pressures,but also provides a new financing channel for social capital,bringing it a stable income.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,China's infrastructure construction is increasing and the demand for construction funds is increasing.Therefore,China needs to vigorously develop the PPP project financing model and accelerate the research on the PPP project model.However,due to the imperfect development of PPP projects and the particularity of PPP projects,there are many risks in the cooperation process of PPP projects.In researching the risks of PPP projects,it is necessary not only to consider the risks of general engineering projects,but also because of its own spatial and temporal extension,the interplay between its internal factors and the external environment is complex,and PPP must also be considered.There are some special risks in the project.Therefore,how to analyze the risks effectively is a real problem that needs to be solved urgently.Since the launch of the PPP project,there have been many cases of failure,and the reasons for failure have been various.The most typical failure case is the British-France Channel project.Therefore,the article will use the British-France Channel project as an example to pass the British-France Channel Tunnel.The possible risks of the project and the risks it encounters are analyzed in two aspects,and the reasons for the risks are analyzed.Based on the results of the analysis,reasonable suggestions are made for China's risk control in the cooperation process of PPP projects.This article mainly analyzes the risk of the tunnel project in the UK and France through case analysis method,analogy analysis method and literature research method.This article explores the risks of the tunnel project in the English-French Channel and its implications for China through five sections.The first part is the introduction,introducing the research significance and related background of this topic.The second part of the article is to introduce the background and development process of the British-France Channel Tunnel.The third part analyzes the risks of the tunnel project in the UK and France through detailed data.The fourth part analyzes the deficiencies in therisk process of the tunnel project in the UK and France.The fifth part of the above analysis of the reasons for the risk and according to China's actual situation,to provide some suggestions for the control of China's PPP project risk.The innovation of this paper is to provide suggestions for the risk control of PPP projects in China by analyzing the risk of foreign PPP project cases.Most of the selected documents are domestic cases.
