The establishment and development of a public rental housing system and the promotion of the healthy development of public rental housing are the directions for future reforms and innovations in urban housing security.The construction of public rental housing is not only a great people-benefit project in the present,but also an innovative project that reflects the transformation and upgrading of government functions.The construction and development of public rental housing are conducive to a better solution to the housing difficulties of low-and middle-income groups,ensuring the people to live and work in peace and contentment.At the same time the development of public rental housing is also a powerful tool for the government's social governance and real estate market regulation.Through the construction and management of public rental housing,the government can effectively mobilize the social resources for housing construction toward the deployment of public rental housing,and further promote and protect the relative fairness of housing.Based on the theory of satisfaction at home and abroad,this article researches and designs a resident satisfaction model adapted to public rental housing in Taiyuan based on the reality and operational status of public rental housing development in Taiyuan City.This model is not only limited to housing characteristics,residential location factors,etc.,which are relatively concerned with previous models in measuring the satisfaction of public rental housing residents,.On this basis,the residents' satisfaction with community culture,satisfaction with complaints and grievances,and soft indicators such as community assistance and employment training are added,which will help to achieve more objective satisfaction results.Due to the fact that most of the public rental housing in Taiyuan City is decentralized,most of them are centralized.The public rental housing for centralized resettlement is only one residential area of Longkang Xinyuan.In this public rental housing community,we have people of all ages and levels that we need to investigate,that is,the survey sample is more comprehensive.Therefore,this article will take the public rental housing tenants of Longkang Xinyuan Residential Area as the surveyobject and obtain the survey data through proportional sampling(that is,the questionnaire is distributed to each public rental housing unit building in a certain proportion).This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the questionnaire data of residents' satisfaction in public rental housing in Taiyuan City and finds that the satisfaction degree of public rental housing residents in Taiyuan City is generally satisfactory.Subsequently,based on this analysis,the paper uses the SPSS analysis software to conduct a factor analysis of the survey data,in order to ascertain the influencing factors of satisfaction of residents of public rental housing in Taiyuan City.After analysis,it is found that the largest impact of public rental housing in Taiyuan are housing characteristics and peripheral allocation of public rental housing.Finally,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the actual situation in Taiyuan,this article provides targeted recommendations for improving the satisfaction of residents of public rental housing in Taiyuan City.
