Research On The Influential Factors And Countermeasures Of Bed&Breakfast Economy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward to pursuing rural vitalization strategy and the general requirements of thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,social etiquette and civility,effective governance and prosperity.With the further development of economy and society,the people's income level has risen significantly and the demand for tourism has expanded rapidly.As an imortant part of the tourism industry chain,Bed&Breakfast economy has responded to the needs of tourists and the incomes of rural residents in the context of“all-for-one tourism”.It is of great significance to take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty and promote rural economic development.Starting around 2000,Wuyuan County in Jiangxi Province,hailed as “China's Most Beautiful Country”,is committed to building itself into a first-class and internationally renowned tourist destination in accordance with the concept of“all-for-one tourism”.In recent years,Wuyuan has been approved as the first national rural tourism holiday pilot area in China and also the first 3A scenic area in the country with the county economy as a whole.Due to its beautiful rural scenery and large-scale Hui style architecture,its early start Bed&Breakfast economy and diversified development model have accumulated a wealth of experience after years of practice.The research on Bed&Breakfast economy is closely related to application practice.Bed&Breakfast economy has the characteristics of “three production linkage,multiple production fusion”,which can form a comprehensive effect of ecological protection,resource efficiency improvement and agricultural income increase.It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to study the status quo,the characteristics along with the problems encountered in the developing process of Bed&Breakfast economy as well as to propose new and targeted solutions to speed up the rural vitalization.This thesis focuses on the following aspects to study the Bed&Breakfast economy.Firstly,it introduces what is Bed&Breakfast economy,describes its meaning and characteristics in detail,and illustrates the development conditions of Bed&Breakfast economy as well as the factors that affect it.Secondly,it summarizes the whole and developing status quo of Bed&Breakfast economy as well as the present problems.Thirdly,the developmental and operational mode of Wuyuan Bed&Breakfasteconomy are respectively analyzed.Among them,the economic demand of Bed&Breakfast economy is composed of consumption demand,investment demand and public demand,and the economic supply of Bed&Breakfast economy consists of product supply,labor supply and policy supply.Fourthly,the author takes Wuyuan Huangling village as a typical Bed&Breakfast economy case to introduce the basic situation of Bed&Breakfast economy in this old village and analyzes the developmental and operational mode and its supply and demand factors as well as the reasons for it.Fifthly,this thesis proposes some policies and suggestions on improving the economic development of Bed&Breakfast economy from aspects of industry management,policy perfection and environment improvement.
