Research On Operation And Maintenance Process Optimization Of Data Center

In the government work report,Premier Li Keqiang puts forward promoting the wide application of large data,cloud computing and the internet of things with great efforts in the "13th Five-Year" period.At present,the general trend of social and economic development is that future business development will continue to rely on data center.What's more,this dependence is still increasing.According to Jones Lang LaSalle,mergers and acquisitions in the data center industry increased significantly in 2016,and this trend has continued until 2017.The report shows that the data center providers will continue to boom and are expected to increase with the pace of macroeconomic growth.Company C takes the high-level data center as the core to provide solutions on the construction,operation and maintenance of the professional data center,big data,cloud computing,data and network security.With the rise of the company's business and the development of the era,the requirements for the information system and the safe and stable operation have also been gradually enhanced.The management of operation and maintenance of data center is most important for the company.The existing fragmented and localized mode of operation and maintenance can not meet the needs of the times,and what's worse,the efficiency of the process is very low.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce more advanced concept of operation and maintenance management to optimize and improve the process,system and other aspects,to give each process specific target,scope,function,and measurement standard.Recording the detailed process link and execute it in close loop,so as to guide the data center towards a higher level of fine and agile management,and effectively improve the capacity of operation and maintenance management and increase the speed of solving problems.First of all,this paper introduces the framework of operation and maintenance management in data center,and emphasizes the importance of process.Based on the ITIL 2011 knowledge structure system,it analyzes the implementation model of ITIL.Aiming at the shortcomings of ITIL in quality control,it also sets the ITIL model by the 6Sigma theory.It introduces the most popular DevOps thought to lay the theoretical foundation of this article and clearly defined the value of ITIL implementation within the data center.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of C company,its organizational structure and function description.Based on the operation and maintenance management category of data center,this paper analyzes the status of four processes:event management,problem management,change management,release and deployment management which are in the core position of data center operation and maintenance management,puts forward the problems in the aspects of duty,efficiency and KPI and points out the negative effects of these situations.Thirdly,this paper proposes the optimization way of Company C's data center process.In view of the present problems,it carries out quantitative analysis of the 2015-2017 annual statistical data in Company C,and puts forward the solutions and optimization strategies of several core processes in the data center operation and maintenance management.Finally,It designs and optimizes several existing operation and maintenance processes and KPI indicators of C company with standardized ideas.it adopts segmented implementation to improve the application of the process.It focuses on explaining the key points in implementation and persisting in the continuous improvement of the process through the PDCA cycle.
