The Comparative Research On Agricultural TPP Regional Differences In Chongqing

The economic growth of agricultural,on the one hand,it needs to the continuous production inputs such as labor and land,on the other hand,it also depends on the growth of agricultural productivity.However,the limited arable land resources and environment pressure which decide the sustainable development of agriculture in our country can not rely on the investment of resources.Therefore,the improvement of total factor productivity of agriculture has become the inevitable road of the sustainable development of agriculture in our country.This paper took chongqing as an example,and gave the four input indicators of total sown area of crops,rural practitioners,fertilizers and pesticides,meanwhile,the agricultural output of animal husbandry fishery was as the output indicator.This paper analyzed the whole evolution of agricultural total factor productivity from 2005 to 2015 in Chongqing,studied and compared the agricultural total factor productivity in all districts and counties.At last,it analyzed the TFP from the four variables of fiscal expenditures for supporting agriculture,industrial structure,transportation facilities,the degree of opening to the outside world.this paper analyzes the factors which influence on chongqing agricultural total factor productivity.in Chongqing.On this basis,the three methods of ? convergence,absolute ? convergence and conditional 0 convergence were used for comparison and analysis of the regional disparity.The results showed that:(1)the agricultural TFP showed a fluctuation in the rising trends in chongqing.The highest was 1.142 in 2007,the minimum value was 0.944 in 2006.In 15 years,only the two years of 2004 and 2006,the total factor productivity was declining,and it was in a state of growth in the other years,and from the year of 2001 to 2015,the average annual growth of 4.78%in chongqing.From the comparison of all districts and counties,there was a significant spatial differences,the closer to the core metropolitan area,the higher of the agricultural total factor productivity.(2)the increasing of fiscal expenditures for supporting agriculture,the development of the second industry and the improvement of transport infrastructure can significantly promote the agricultural total factor productivity growth.The variable of opening level was a positive impact on agricultural total factor productivity,but not through the test of significance.(3)the agricultural total factor productivity in each district and county of chongqing during the samples failed to show the ? convergence,there was no absolute ? convergence,but it showed the absolute 0 convergence and conditional ? convergence in developed urban economic circle and three gorges reservoir area ecological economic zone.Finally,by the empirical research results and the actual situation in chongqing,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the incresing of TFP.Which incude the five aspects of emphasis on the role of agriculture TFP growth in agriculture,strengthen the rural infrastructure construction,improving the level of county rural practitioners backward technology level,promoting the industrialization of agriculture,and developing agricultural frontier science and technology progress.
