Research On The Influence Of Coaching Leadership Behavior On Job Burnout Of Medical Representatives

With the rapid development of the economy,people's life rhythm is getting faster and faster,and the problem of job burnout is becoming more and more obvious.For the pharmaceutical industry,medical representatives are the core resources of the company.If they have the problem of job burnout,they will reduce customer satisfaction and influence the reputation and reputation of the company.This study aims at the problem of job burnout of medical representatives.Through literature review,case interview and questionnaire survey,we know the current situation of the coaching mechanism and the level of burnout.According to the empirical analysis,the results are follows:Firstly,there is a significant correlation between coaching behavior,affective commitment and job burnout.Second,coaching behavior has a significant negative predictive effect on employee burnout,has a significant positive predictive effect on emotional commitment,emotional commitment has a negative predictive effect on job burnout.Third,emotional commitment is partly mediated by coaching behavior and job burnout.Coaching behavior not only affects the level of job burnout directly,but also reduces burnout by improving the level of emotional commitment.The research conclusions further supplement the research weakness between coaching behavior and job burnout,and refine the relationship and influence between coaching behavior,emotional commitment and job burnout,provide theoretical basis for the practice of coaching activities and provide suggestions for enterprises to alleviate the level of job burnout.
