The operation and decision of the enterprise are closely related to the behavior of the employee.As an important element of enterprise innovation and change,the voice behavior is greatly influenced by the external environment and the psychological factors of the employees themselves.The servant leadership emphasizes the service to employees,and it has the same essence as the voice behavior of the employee,both of them see employees as the starting point,and pay attention to their needs and interests.And as a psychological tendency,affective commitment reflects the affirmation of the organization,and it is conducive to the organization to create value and long-term development.Therefore,This paper attempts to explore in depth the relationship between service leadership,affective commitment and employee's behavior,to a certain extent hoping to enrich the research content and internal mechanism of the relevant theory,and provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the enterprise managers to realize the leadership behavior and promote the positive suggestions of the employees.On the basis of combing the literature,the paper chooses a combination of theory and practice,and selects the more mature scale at home and abroad to measure the service leadership,affective commitment and employee's behavior.This empirical research obtains a total of 480 valid questionnaires,and the survey data were processed and analyzed by statistical software,and the conclusions were drawnThis paper consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction,including the research background,research purpose and research methods etc.;the second part is the literature review;the third part is the research model and the hypothesis;the fourth part is the process of research design;the fifth part is the empirical analysis and hypothesis test,which verifies the relationship between service leadership,affective commitment and employee's voice behavior and the mediating role of affective commitment;the final part is the conclusion and prospect of research,and expounds the research conclusion and research contribution,puts forward the practical suggestions of management,and analyzes the shortcomings of this paper and the future research in this field.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)The service and authorization dimension of servant leadership has a significant positive effect on employee's voice behavior;(2)Servant leadership has a significant positive effect on affective commitment;(3)Affective commitment has a significant positive effect on the voice behavior of employees;(4)Affective commitment has an intermediary role in the process of the service and authorization dimension of servant leadership that positively affects employee's voice behavior.This paper mainly discusses the influence of servant leadership on employee's voice behavior in China's organization and management situation,and introduces affective commitment as the mediator variable.Therefore,this paper has some innovation in the localization research of servant leadership and employee's voice behavior and the research of intermediary mechanism.
