Under the supervision of government departments,Internet financial is no longer in the folk savage growth areas,but an important part of the financial system,its low cost,cross-regional,high efficiency and personalized characteristic advantage,It is truly customer-centric and oriented with big data information.Commercial Banks have a large gap between the traditional organizational structure and the open,convenient,comprehensive and interconnected financial services required by Internet finance.It is an inevitable choice for China's commercial Banks to deal with the complicated business environment,such as the slow growth rate of economic development,the rapid advance of interest rate marketization and the vigorous development of Internet finance.As a member of the city business,J bank's Internet finance business is facing unprecedented pressure,to seek development in trouble,J bank must implement the reform of the divisional structure as soon as possible for the Internet banking business.At first,this paper makes a brief introduction to the related theory of divisional system,on the basis of the study theory of divisional system,Take J bank as an example,from the aspects of organizational structure and resource matching program,the paper analyzes the reform of the Internet finance divisional structure of J bank,and to summarize the management practice of nearly one year,and the problems in the reform and causes are analyzed.Then,for the shortcomings,the article analyzes the inspiration from the successful case.Finally,from the four aspects of operation management,risk control,financial innovation and compensation incentive,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the reform of the Internet finance division of J bank,In order to provide a reference point for the reform of the reform of the Internet finance division of J bank and the reform of the business division of other commercial Banks.
