| Warehousing is one of the most important linchpin in logistics activities,it is also the hard core of logistics management.How to control the information more accurately,efficiently and comprehensively for materials in whole storage process and how to protect and storage materials in efficient way are playing more important roles in the current storage management.With the background of double innovation raised by our country,the government enterprises should play a leading role.The parent company of the subsidiary Y is the company managed directly by the government.The company Y is a subsidiary which is specified on the third-party logistics,and its main business is warehouse for B2B.The study found that the conventional mode of operation can not meet the current business requirements.The management of the company Y should reconsider the operation pattern from the long-term strategic point of view.And the company should utilize the advanced IT technology and resource to strengthen the industry competition.The State Council has encouraged the construction of intelligent logistics,intelligent warehousing systems and the application of Internet sensing technology in "Guiding opinions of the State Council on promoting "Internet plus" action(2017)".Artificial intelligence technology,automation technology and big data technology provide software and hardware support for the development of logistics in China and navigate the future development direction for the warehousing industry.Warehousing is an endless source of massive data information with huge data-base,meanwhile it is also a wide application area.Innovation-driven concept brings new opportunities for the advance of intelligent logistics management.This paper demonstrates that the company Y as the main body in the field of warehousing,applying strategic analysis tools,to find problems and shortcomings,using the Internet of things and other related technologies to improve the competitiveness of the industry,and analyze the benefits of the new technology in multiple way.This article is based on the "introduction of Research and related theories Summary of the current situation and problem Analysis of warehousing in Company Y-Application of Wisdom Technology in warehousing Management-Prospect of application and benefit Analysis-conclusion for prospect of Intelligent warehousing" as a whole study frame to research logistics company Y's wisdom storage strategy application.First of all,this paper demonstrate the research situation of the domestic and foreign intelligent warehousing and the background and significance which this paper are aiming to summarize.Secondly,this paper gives the definition and connotation of strategic management and introduces the relevant tools of strategic management.Thirdly,this paper demonstrate the meaning of intelligent warehousing with understanding the current development situation,determine the importance of smart warehousing in logistics management,further locate the strategic development direction of company Y.Last,the industry warehousing characteristics in company Y are expounded and analyzed in different ways.In line with the characteristics of this industry,logistics company Y summarizes the existing issues.With applying SWOT,the strategic customization and selection tool,to analyze the problems which haven been encountered in currently stage of development,and then conclude that smart warehousing can improve the competitiveness in the industry,at last,the whole plan of intelligent storage is issued according to company Y characteristics.Finally,with analysis from the aspects of economy,management and social benefit,the conclusion sent out:Company Y should improve intelligence warehousing so as to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency,upgrade the quality of customer service then enhance the competitiveness of the industry. |
