With the arrival of the popular leisure tourism period,the tourism has formed the new characteristics of popular consumption,individualized demands,humanized services and global development,and a majority of tourists gradually ask a high quality for the tourism public service.At the same time,the quality of tourism public service is an important embodiment of regional tourism development levels.As the first batch of national excellent tourist cities and national historical and cultural cities,Changsha has attached great importance to the development of tourism all the time.In recent years,Changsha has vigorously implemented the strategy of "strengthening the city through tourism".To constantly enhance the construction of tourism infrastructure so as to promote the capacity of tourism reception services and improve the environment of tourism market,which generates a distinct results in the development of tourism public service.However,contrasted to the overall domestic conditions,Changsha tourism public service construction is still in the initial stage,so the government needs to further strengthen the tourism public service development,both tourism public service function and the efficiency of tourism public service management needs to be improved.It is imperative for Changsha to continuously upgrade and improve the tourism public service so as to provide a strong support for developing a quality tourism,building a world tourism destination and realizing the goals of“Happy Changsha ”as its core.From the perspective of the public management,through learning and combing the research results of some experts and scholars in tourism public service in recent years,this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism public service in Changsha.It is concluded that Changsha has some problems in the course of the tourism public service development,such as the imperfection of the tourist facilities,the low level of tourist satisfaction,the hidden dangers,the delay of informatization and so on.Based on the above problems,this paper,concluding and summing up the advanced experience at home and abroad in the urban tourism public service,proposes the overall goals and thoughts to improve Changsha's tourism public service.At the same time,this paper expounds seven ways and countermeasures in detail,that is how to build the tourist demand-oriented and convenient tourism system,build the intelligent tourism management and service system,establish the mechanism of attracting and retaining high-quality tourism management personnel,improve the efficiency of tourism management through various innovations.So as to advance the tourism public service and the development of tourism in Changsha.
