The Coal Export Trade Of Dairen Port In Modern Times(1907?1931)

In the late 19 th and early 20 th centuries,the northeast set off a boom in coal mining.The Japanese devote himself to exploiting the coal resources.A large proportion of coal is exported overseas,with Dairen port exporting the most.Dairen bay has wide harbor and depth water,which is a natural good port.Russia first began to construct Dairen port.Japan established the South Manchuria Railways Co.after the Japanese war,and was responsible for the operation of Dairen port.Large coal mines,such as Fushun coal mine and Yantai coal mine,fully serve Japan's colonial rule.In order to meet the coal demand of the club and the local market in northeast China,it is mainly exported through Dairen port.Overseas markets are mainly Japan and its colonies.This article systematically elaborated the beginning of Dairen port to the front of the 918 incident coal export trade,the Dairen port in 1907-1931 coal export trade is divided into three phases,based on the analysis of the three stages of trade characteristics,reason and the entire period of trade reflects the Japan northeast to the coal resources of plunder,and Dairen port trade in close contact with domestic and international economic situation,fully demonstrates the fact that modern China's economy has been in the world capitalist market.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part describes the present situation of the Dairen port trade in modern times.It pointed out the advantage,such as the development of Dairen port and rail,and briefly analyzes the export trade and commodity structure of Dairen in modern times.The second part mainly analyzes the coal export trade the Dairen port in modern times.This section will be divided into three stages,respectively is slow development phase,decline phase and trade recovery and prosperity stage,and analyzes the influence factors to coal export trade in every stage of development,give full expression to its volatility growth trend.The third part discusses the characteristics of Dairen port coal export trade in modern times.On the whole,Fushun coal is the most in Dairen coal export,the export market is given priority to with Japan and its colonies,and holdings of coal transportation and sale are Japanese.It fully embodies the semi-colonial characteristics of coal export trade in Dairen port.The fourth part is to investigate the influence of the modern port coal export trade.The overall development of coal export trade led to a huge loss of coal resources in northeast China,promoted the Japanese investment and construction of the northeast railway,led into the coal mine boom.
