With the rising living standards of Chinese residents,the demand for agricultural products has greatly increased.Agricultural products are characterized by perishability,seasonality,selectivity,etc.Because of the above characteristics,the cold chain logistics of agricultural products is also higher than the operating costs and cold chain technical requirements of other general logistics.At the same time,China has not yet formed a complete and independent cold chain logistics system,the use of advanced information technology in the cold chain logistics management system is still insufficient.Based on the above situation,it is of great significance for agricultural product cold-chain logistics companies to face fierce market competition,improve their operating standards,ensure the quality of agricultural products and customer needs,and maximize the efficiency and value.In this paper,the cold chain logistics enterprises of agricultural products as the research object,based on the analysis of the status quo of the development of cold chain logistics,a performance evaluation system for agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises was established.Solving the combined weight of Index by using Analytic hierarchy process and Entropy weight method,applying the extension model to evaluate and analyze the enterprise performance.Its main tasks include:(1)Introduce the research background and research significance through both theory and practice,clarify the research issues,and clarify the ideas and methods in this study,on the basis of summarizing the literature research,this paper reviews the current research status of agricultural products cold chain logistics and introduces the supply chain theory,cold chain logistics theory and performance evaluation theory,and also analyzes and explains the characteristics of agricultural cold chain logistics,and provides a theoretical basis for the following research on agricultural product cold chain logistics enterprise performance evaluation.(2)Based on the idea of Balanced Score Card and combined with today's social development requirements to add the level of environmental protection capabilities,established the index system for the performance evaluation of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises,explained the selected indicators and the index calculation.(3)By analyzing the characteristics of index system construction to describe the method for determining the weight of indicators and introduce the method for calculating the weights of combinations.The combined weight method combines the advantages of subjective weight method and objective weight method,which makes the weight determination more scientific.At the same time,this paper introduces the extension evaluation model and constructs a performance evaluation model for agricultural products cold chain logistics.(4)Empirical research on LS Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Co.,Ltd,combining the AHP and Entropy method to calculate the combined weights of the indicators,and evaluating the company's performance through the extension assessment method,proposing improvement measures and management suggestions and verify the feasibility and scientific practicability of the research method in this paper.(5)Summarizing the article,point out the shortages of this paper and the place that need to be improved in the future research.This paper achieves good results through analysis and research,provides a scientific and reasonable index system for performance evaluation of agricultural cold-chain logistics companies,and provides theoretical support and model support for enterprises to improve their management level and management efficiency.
