Customized tourism is a new way of tourism production and consumption,develops rapidly in recent years,with the trend of "Tourism + Internet" and quality tourism consumption.Based on the tourist demand,Customized tourism product is dominated by tourists to design tourism product.Customized tourism product has the contemporaneity and competitive advantage.In the development of customized tourism product,some problems still exist,including low cost performance,lack of features,low efficiency to response to tourist demand,etc.The customized tourism industry is concern about the ways to reduce production cost and better suited to tourist demand.Based on tourist value demand gap,this thesis is research on customized tourism product.The research methods include literature analysis,network text analysis,questionnaire investigation,statistical analysis.The theoretical bases of this thesis are the theory of tourist value demand,the theory of mass customization.First,the thesis analyses the introduction,the main theoretical bases,the development situation of domestic customized tourism.Secondly,build the level of 24 customized tourism products value demands through searching for information and network text analysis.The 24 value demands are classified as function valve,emotional value,cognitive and social value.Again,the thesis classifies the value demands based on KANO questionnaire,the value demands are classified in three categories,including Attractive need,One-dimensional need and Must-be need.Then,the thesis sorts the importance of customized tourism products value demands through questionnaire investigation.The result is that Attractive>One-dimensional>Must-be.Finally,this thesis puts forward some customized tourism product design methods.Based on the results of the research,the thesis discusses the strategies about how to optimize customized tourism products.
