2012is the second year of China’s "12th Five-Year Plan", which clearly put forward to speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside and promoting agricultural modernization synchronously in-depth development of the industrialization and urbanization. Comprehensive logistics network covering and the booming logistics industry is the cornerstone of the rural economic development and the modern agricultural growth. The development of rural logistics helps to solve the "three rural" issues and to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside to a large extent.In this case, starting from the logistics network theory, this paper defines rural logistics, analyzes the development status of China’s rural logistics network, reflects the problems and discusses the need for integration of rural logistics network resources and the principles of integration. Based on the comprehensive analysis of rural logistics development environment, this paper proposes rural logistics development in four modes and analyze a case for each mode: the mode of large-scale logistics enterprises as the leading, the mode of farmers and large commercial chain enterprises as the leading, the mode of union of logistics companies and commercial enterprises as the leading and the mode of government as the leading. It further explores the rural logistics network resource integration path and uses AHP to evaluate the integrated effect of the rural logistics development model. Finally, by bringing forward policy recommendations on effective implementation of rural logistics development mode, the paper provides references for the local governments for the rural logistics development and improvement of the relevant policies.
