In recent years, the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, promote the logistics industry in the development of the world. Logistics industry as the national economy, an emerging service sector is rapidly expanding around the globe. With economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, enterprise access to the means of production and widening the scope of product marketing, materials distribution, commodities trading and the management is and will continue to undergo profound changes. Customers increasingly want "integration" and "single point of contact" of logistics services.In order to expand the scale of operation, expand the chain to quickly seize the market, many logistics companies around the world are restructuring actions. Although enterprises to expand asset restructuring is an effective way to scale, but after the reorganization of the logistics how to internal and external resources for effective integration of logistics enterprises is placed in front of a real problem. If there are no internal resources, external resources on the effective integration of resources, then, companies want the purpose gained through reorganization will fail.The direction of this research is the integration of logistics resources. First, this paper describes the integration of enterprise resource logistics background, significance and theories at home and abroad Second, it summarizes the theoretical basis of resource integration.. Third, it analyzes the major resource logistics integration model On this basis, by Sinotrans CSC Group's reorganization analysis shows Sinotrans CSC resources integration challenges, described Sinotrans CSC Group, the need for integration of resources and the overall thought of groups integration of resources. Under the reorganization after, I made some suggestions, on the Group's internal resources and external resources integration. I hope it will provide some guidance and references to Sinotrans CSC Group and other logisticsThis total includes Figure 12, Table 3,30 references.
