Although the resource-based cities in China have made great achievements in economic development, the cities which take resource-based enterprises as the main resource-producing resources will have to face resource exhaustion, then cause development obstacle of resource-based cities.The transformation of the resource-exhausted enterprises therefore become an important part of the research of resource-based cities. The resource-based cities, which grew up with the development and production, with the affect of population growth and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand of town production and living materials is gradually increasing. How to couple resource-based enterprises logistics system with the city's existing logistics system, break unreasonable fragmentation within the system, couple two systems effectively, so that coupling system can develop in the structure and function unitedly and coordinately, is not only a direction of transformation of the resource-based enterprises, but also an important measure which can reduce the waste of regional logistical resources and avoid redundant construction.The main content of this dissertation is as follows:(1) From the perspective of coupling and system, this dissertation puts forward the concept of resource-based city-enterprise logistics coupling system, explains the issue about establishment of Resource-based City-enterprise logistics coupling system and the combination of resource-based cities and enterprises is scientific, reasonable and necessary.(2) The author made use of self-organization and self-organization evolution theory to do a mechanism analysis of resource-based city-enterprise logistics coupling system. After generalizing the self-organization theory, dissipative structure theory, synergy theory and other theories, the author analyzed the development trace of resource-based city- enterprise logistics coupling system by self-organization evolution theory, found out the operating characteristics and the main factors, constructed Brussels model to analyze the station of the non-equilibrium evolution of the coupling system, including analyzed its self-organization characteristics and evolution motivation, evolution process and discipline of the coupling system.(3) The author adopted system dynamics to research the elements and description target of resource-based city-enterprise logistics coupling system. Through studies of the link of the main factors of the system, the author made sure the method establishment and the modeling program of the SD model of resource-based city-enterprise logistics coupling system, established the system model with the combination of the assistant model, and realized the various models of computer programming, debugging and testing.(4) The author build the ANN model of the coupling degree evaluation of the coupling system, put forward the concept of the coupling degree of resource-based city-enterprises logistics coupling system. Based on the theory of order parameter in synergies theory, the author determined the order parameter of coupling system, the extent of the index system and pr(?)vided theoretical basis for the evaluation of the coupling degree, builded evaluation models for the degree of coordination of the coupling system from the perspective of the overall coordination and among subsystems, and programed, debugged and testified under different conditions.(5)The author applyed the SD model and ANN model to the famous resource-based enterprise Yanzhou Mining Group in Shandong Province and the Jining City, to do the empirical analysis, simulation and evaluation. Analyzed the factors that hinder the coordinated development of system, constantly adjusted the factors and designes different models to evaluate the coupling system, predicted future development of coupling system, appropriate countermeasures and suggestions aimed at the problems that might arise.(6) According to the requirements of the coupling system and the reality of development of China's resource-based cities and enterprises, the author did a flow design from the location of the function of resource-based cities, from the direction of the resource-based enterprises transition and from the perspective of coordinated development between resource-based enterprises logistics and city logistics, we should schedule the planning steps for overall development of the logistics function, establish resource development compensation mechanism and aid dying industries mechanism and innovative mechanisms to promote coordinate development of resource-based enterprise logistics and city logistics.The main innovations of the dissertation are in the following areas:(1)Form research the evolution theory and characteristics, the dissertation proposed resource-based city-enterprise logistics coupling system systematically, created Brussels model innovatively to reveal the discipline of evolution of city-enterprise resource-based logistics coupling system and build an entropy model to do a fluctuation analysis of the evolution process of coupling system.(2) The author made use of System Dynamics Model to describe resource-based city-enterprise logistics coupling system, took the resource-based cities logistics demand system, resource-based cities logistics supply system, resource-based enterprises demand logistics system and resource-based enterprise logistics supply system as a whole to study the relationship between the elements and the subsystems. By DYNAMO language of the system dynamics, we use software VENSIM to realize simulation and emulation.(3) The author constructed evaluation model of coupling system by Artificial Neural Network method, made use of integrated methods, put forward the concept of coupling degree of resource-based city-enterprises logistics coupling system, evaluated the degree of coordination of the coupling system from the perspective of the overall coordination and subsystems, and provided the calculation method about the coupling degree of resource-based city-enterprise logistics coupling system and the program of judgment about the coupling degree,by the system evaluation of Matlab to program, adjust and verify.(4) The author took the actual situation of Jining City and Yanzhou Mining Group for empirical analysis of the above method.For overall planning of the coordinated development of the resource-based enterprises logistics and city logistics, the author designed the flow of coordinated development of the resource-based enterprises logistics and city logistics from both of position, mode and direction, and provided systemic analysis mothed and academic pattern of coordinate development of the resource-based enterprise logistics and city logistics.
