Research On The Development Level Of Rural Inclusive Finance In Hebei Province

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been the focus of China's economic development.The key to solving the problem of rural loans is to establish a rural inclusive financial system.Large and Hebei provincial government on the development of the rural population in Hebei province attaches great importance to inclusive finance,this article selects in Hebei province as a case study,the construction of rural inclusive financial system,development of rural inclusive financial has special significance.This paper first expounds the background,purpose and significance of the subject,and expounds the meaning and characteristics of inclusive finance.To summarize the domestic and foreign literatures related to "inclusive finance".Secondly,the paper introduces the demand and supply situation of rural inclusive finance in Hebei province.It is found that the existing problems still hinder the progress of rural economy,and the main problems include: rural financial institutions' lack of support,financial supply and financing demand characteristics mismatch,etc.In this paper,we build IFI index to measure the level of inclusive finance in rural areas of Hebei province,and conclude that the level of rural inclusive finance is gradually improved,but the overall level is general.Subsequent measurement model for time series analysis the reason that influence the development level of rural economic development level,the income gap between urban and rural areas,such as six explanatory variables to multiple regression,found that the degree of rural economic development level,the transportation is convenient,per capita consumption of farmers income proportion of all have important effects on rural inclusive financial level.Then,this paper discusses the outstanding cases of developing inclusive finance at home and abroad,and summarizes its main methods.In the end,Suggestions are put forward to improve the development of rural inclusive finance in Hebei province from the perspective of increasing the supply of financial institutions,establishing a multi-level rural inclusive financial system and innovating financial products.
