Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Group Funds Centralized Management System From The Perspective Of Treasury Management

With the rapid development of economic globalization,many companies have gradually grown in size through mergers and acquisitions and restructuring and formed enterprise groups.The increase in the number of enterprise groups and the increase in scale have made the competition among the groups increasingly fierce.How to stand invincible in the competition and realize long-term development has become the focus of attention of various enterprise groups.Fund management is the core of financial management and the source of the development of enterprise groups.If an enterprise group wants to have a place in the industry,it must accelerate its capital turnover,fully tap and integrate internal and external resources.The treasury management model,as the most advantageous capital management mode at present,can fully build the group's operational configuration from the aspects of strategic management,financial management,investment and financing,and group relations,and realize the efficient operation of the entire group.On the basis of understanding related theories of centralized fund management and treasury management,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of centralized fund management of enterprise groups,and proposes the necessity of introducing treasury funds centralized management.Taking the example of Group A as an example,it analyzes the The status quo of the Group's treasury fund management operation and existing problems have brought forward an optimization plan for the treasury fund centralized management model of Group A,and pointed out the specific mode improvement measures.This is to improve the efficiency of treasury management and the financial management of Group A.important.This paper elaborates the content and path of the centralized treasury fund management system of the enterprise group from the aspects of the construction of the treasury management working platform,the construction of the treasury decision support platform,and the construction of the treasury system integration platform.Through the centralized management mode of the treasury fund of the A enterprise group.The analysis of the optimization plan solved some of the practical problems in the fund management of some enterprise groups.It is hoped that this will be used as a guide to further improve the construction of a centralized treasury fund management system for enterprise groups in China and further enhance the overall strength of the enterprise group.
