Research On Policy Of Electric Porcelain Industry In Lu Xi Country

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed: "Promoting high-quality economic development,we should focus on promoting the transformation and upgradingindustrial structure so as to make the real economy better and stronger.".Manufacturing industry is not only the important support of county economy development,but also the comprehensive embodiment of a region's comprehensive strength.In order to promote the county economy to develop well,quickly and steadily,we should make the real economy stronger,bigger and better,and vigorously develop the traditional superior industries.Electric porcelain,as a hundred years industry of Lu xi,especially under the guidance of government and policy in recent years,the industrial development has realized the transformation and upgrading from weak to strong,from small to large,from special to excellent.The trend of industrial cluster development is gradually emerging,and the development momentum is strong.The space and prospects for development are tenable.In the process of industrial development,the role of industrial policy can not be ignored.Policies have played an important role in guiding,supporting,helping,and regulating the industrial development process.They are an important force for the continued strong development of the electric porcelain industry in the past 20 years.The healthy development of traditional pillar industry can not be separated from the government regulation and guidance,need to provide positive policy guidance and help,we can say that there is no main role of policy,there is no luxi electric porcelain industry today's brilliant and bright prospects and future.Based on the theory of industrial policy and the history and present situation of Luxi electric porcelain,this paper analyzes the present situation of industrial development and the existing problems by using the methods of literature research,field investigation and individual interview,and based on the theory of industrial policy.This paper discusses the content and status of electric porcelain industry policy,combs the problems existing in the process of making,implementing and executing industrial policies,and the reasons for the problems.Through drawing lessons from advanced area and advanced experience of superior industry,combined with the long-term development plan of Luxi electric porcelain,and aiming at the existing difficulties and problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect the industrial policy of electric porcelain.In the suggestions,the paper discusses the establishment of a scientific and effective policy system from the following aspects: innovating supporting policy,establishing industrial platform,optimizing development environment,setting up development strategy fund and strengthening the support of development talents,so as to create a good policy environment,government environment and investment environment for the development of Luxi electric porcelain industry.
