The unethical behavior is not only a hot spot in the field of organizational behavior research, but also a kind of employees' negative behavior which in organizations managers pay attention to.Because unethical behaviors are widely present in the tissues with concealment and harmfulness. It not only conducives to the quality of staff training and career development,it will hinder the effective operation of the team and the entire organization, even harming the development of the whole society. At present the research on the ethical behavior has a lot of,but more from a single perspective of employees to discuss the ethical issues of behavioral decision, few from the perspective of leader-follower match to discuss the employee's unethical behavior and mechanism. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to introduce the paradoxical status of leader-employee and discuss the influence and mechanism of ethical predisposition matching on employees' unethical behavior. This paper firstly revieweded the existing literature research of the leader-follower match, ethical predisposition, unethical behavior and response surface analysis.Based on the social exchange theory, ethical decision theory, paradox theory and matching theory to build the basic thought and frame of this research.Secondly, the paper analyzes the different ethical predisposition match patterns of leader-follower impact on employees' unethical behavior and mechanism of the mediation effect of leader-member exchange and modiation effect of organizational trust in this relationship,on the basis of related research hypothesis is put forward.Thirdly, the questionnaire of this study was prepared on the basis of the relevant maturity scale, and the formal questionnaire was obtained after revision. Finally, the questionnaire data were analyzed by reliability analysis, correlation analysis and quadratic polynomial regression analysis,to verify the research hypothesis in the previous text. The polynomial regression and response surface analysis on 304 matched data shows that leader-follower congruence negatively affects unethical behaviors, and compared with utilitarianism congruence, formalism congruence has a stronger negative impact.Leader-follower incongruence has asymmetric effects on follower unethical behaviors.LMX plays a partial mediating role in the match and unethical behaviors, and the relationship of leader-follower match and LMX are moderated significantly by trust in organization. Therefore,to reduce employees' unethical behaviors, enterprises should achieve optimal match, play a positive role of leaders, pay attention to the individual ethic differences of followers, and reshape the trust system of enterprises.
