In recent years, research on ethical leadership has become a hotspot in academic research field both aboard and at home. This article mainly adopts the research method of literature review and questionnaire survey to explore how ethical leadership affects employee’s unethical behavior.Through the questionnaire survey,this study has collected 219 valid data. By using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software and the statistical analysis method of reliability, exploratory factor and confirmatory factor, correlation, regressions and the mediation function,we get the following results:First, dimensions of ethical leadership include the following parts: adhere to the people-oriented, set ethical standards, expand ethicical consciousness, act morally, execute ethical decisions, which verified the five dimensions of ethical leadership structure put foward by Trevino.Dimensions of Employees’ s unethical behavior include the following parts: unethical behavior pointing to the financial personnel,unethical behavior pointing to employee,unethical behavior pointing to suppliers,unethical behavior pointing to consumers and unethical behavior pointing to the society, which verified the five dimensions of employees’ unethical behavior of Kaptein’s.Second, through correlation and regression analysis, this study conclude that dimensions of ethical leadership,namely adhere to the people-oriented, set the ethical standards and expand ethics consciousness, have a positive influence on organizational ethical atmosphere; Parts of dimensions of ethical leadership have significant negative effects on employee’s unethical behavior.Third, through the mediation analysis, organizational ethical climate plays a partial intermediary role in ethical leadership effecting employee’s unethical behavior.
