A Comparative Study Of Village Planning From The Perspective Of Structural Functionalism

Land use planning plays an important role in the renovation of hollow villages and the development of rural areas.Problems such as extensive land use,scattered housing construction,and weak infrastructures all require village planning to guide.The village area is the basic unit of planning and landing,and it is our important research area.Village area planning is different from hamlet planning.It is an overall plan for agricultural land,construction land,and unused land.It mainly achieves the goal of realizing rural regeneration by adjusting the functional structure of production,life,and ecology within the village.Village area planning is not only a technical issue but also a social governance issue.It involves both land issues and social issues.How does the entire process of village area planning take place in the social system? In other words,how to maintain(A),achieve goals(G),integrate(I),maintain potential(L)functional systems and operate effectively?Through literature research and theoretical deduction method,this article learn from the AGIL functional system analysis framework and collaborative governance theory,combined with the key areas and steps of the village area planning,deduced the AGIL theoretical analysis framework of the village area planning;through sequence observation and field survey methods,Taking M Village and J Village as examples,the internal composition of the village system and the interactions between the systems are studied.By comparing the social environment,goal setting,resource integration,and value culture system operation of the two villages,try It provides a new sociological theoretical analysis perspective for land planning,and provides an in-depth understanding of the key processes and the factors of success or failure of the social operating system behind village area planning,and provides theoretical guidance and case references for the effective implementation and democratic operation of village area planning.The research shows that:(1)Village area planning is a systematic operation process.It is composed of four systems: social environment,goal setting,resource integration,and value culture,and each assumes the AGIL function,they work together,the obstacles or lack of operation of any functional system will affect the success or failure of village planning.(2)The failure of M village planning is mainly due to the incompleteness of the I&L system.(3)The village planning has the characteristics of sociology,which needs to be analyzed from the perspective of sociology,so as to play the synergy between the elements and the system,and to facilitate the effective operation of the village planning.
