The Analysis Of The Characteristics And Influential Factors Of Land Use In Gannan And Economic Center Of Gravity's Migration

As an important carrier of regional economic and social development,land resources are closely related to regional development.This study,based on the 5Landsat TM\ETM+ remote sensing image from1995,2000,2005,2010,and 2015,has obtained the distribution map of land use from 1995 to 2005,in Gannan,Jiangxi Provence by interpretation.The center of gravity of land use and the center of economy has been calculated by transfer matrix land use and the gravity center model;and the principle component analysis has been used to explore the influential factors of the changeable land use pattern in Gannnan.The study found that:(1)The features of the changes in land use in Gannan can briefly divided into two stages.The first stage is from 1995 to 2010,and the second stage is from 2010 to 2015.The rate of change and degree in the second stage are much greater than the first.From 1995 to 2010,the net transfer of residential sites and industrial land was clear.From 2010 to 2015,the cultivated land was transferd into wood land more obviously,and the net transfer replaced the roll-out;(2)According to the migration trajectory of the land use center of gravity in Gannan,the distance of the gravity center between the residential area and the industrial land is the most obvious,reaching 20.73 km.And the distance of the gravity center of the cultivated land and the forest land is also clear.Except for residential areas and industrial and mining land,the gravity centers of the other land types all show the characteristics of migration to the southwest;(3)From the migration path of the gravity of economic center in Gannan,the gravity center of GDP,of the first industry,and of the tertiary industry are mainly oriented in north-south in the migration.However,the direction of migration of the secondary industry centered on the east-west,showing a trend from west to east.(4)The transfer of land use and the gravity center of economy in Gannan is mainly driven by two factors: natural conditions and human activities.Natural conditions have a relatively significant impact on the formation of land use patterns,and human activities have a more pronounced effect on the changes in land use and the migration of the gravity center of economy.Comprehensively,the influence of human activities is even more pronounced and extensive.Especially policy-driven is the decisive factor for the transfer of land use and economic center of gravity in Gannan.
